As we navigate and hopefully improve our health condition, we spend so much time and energy not only researching potential treatments, tests and therapies, but also where to get them, while being mindful of our budget.

We believe wholeheartedly that healthcare should be accessible — independently of the amount of financial resources, support network, and even mental and physical capacity each person has.

Here we'll be gathering — and regularly update — all the supplements, testing, medical devices and treatments that we see having positive effects in our community and, for now, we'll list them here in this page.
